Winter Storm Warning until 07:00PM Saturday

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Randolph and Southeast Nicholas Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Thursday to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST NICHOLAS ... NORTHWEST RANDOLPH
