* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and reduced visibility in falling snow. The hazardous conditions could impact portions of the Thursday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates may approach an inch per hour for a few hour period this morning. Winds will increase into this afternoon with gusts sa high as 50 mph after the bulk of the snow falls.
