* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Limbs and trees weakened or partially downed from the remnants of Hurricane Helene will be more susceptible being brought down by these winds.
