We are aware of the multiple areas of flooding within the city. Public Safety and Public Works are doing everything we can to either mitigate the issue or close the affected roads. Please DO NOT go into standing water or around Flood Signs. Please stay off the road!
High tide is supposed to be at 4:00 PM today. What does this mean? The water will not recede or be able to flow out of the city because the Laguna is at capacity and there is nowhere for the water to go.
CALL 9-1-1 for emergencies only. Our communications center is extremely overwhelmed with calls for service and we are handling them with all available resources.
