Officers responded to the area on a reported disturbance involving a weapon. The suspect resisted arrest, and officers used force to detain her. The victim attempted to interfere with the arrest, so officers used force to keep him back. ARRESTED: Amerika Velasco-Escamilla, 21, for assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
