Flynn Charged with Possession and Trafficking Meth
Deputy Alicia Lund of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office has charged 65-year-old Ronald Mack Flynn of Marion with two counts of felony Trafficking in Methamphetamine, felony Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, or Deliver Methamphetamine, felony Possession of Methamphetamine, and felony Maintaining a Vehicle, Dwelling, or Place for a Controlled Substance. He was denied bond.
On. Nov 1, Deputy Lund conducted a traffic stop on a silver pickup for speeding while traveling on Fairview Rd in Marion. Flynn was the driver.
A search of the vehicle turned up a trafficking amount of meth.
Marion Police Department’s Corporal Brandi Davis and K9-Unit member, Marsoc, assisted in the incident along with N.C. Highway Patrol.
