1. Resisting Arrest (0844) 100 Block of North Hunter Street, Civic District
The victim, 40, was working in the area when the suspect made a threat to shoot the victim and reached into his waistband. The victim fled and called the police. Responding officers located the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect then kicked the patrol vehicle, so officers placed him in a restraint device. ARRESTED: Mark Russell, 34, for criminal threats, resisting arrest, and trespassing.
