Full Notification

On November 26, 2024, at 7:14 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a request for a welfare check of a female walking around the Flying J Truck Stops located at 844 E 1250 South with no shirt or shoes on.  Upon arriving Deputy Quinten Might located 22year old Shiree Dupree of Chicago inside the store and upon speaking with Ms. Dupree Deputy Might immediately detected the strong smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from her.  After a brief investigation Ms. Dupree was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Public Intoxication. 
 
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
