SUMMARY: On Monday, November 25, 2024, at approximately 7:05 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of an attempted robbery at the Jack in the Box located on Seventh Street and La Paz Drive.
The victim was at the fast-food restaurant drive-thru when a Hispanic male subject approached her and attempted to rob her while holding a knife in his hand. The suspect, later identified as Hector Anthony Delrio, was unsuccessful in his robbery attempt and left the location. Delrio was located across the street on the roof of DD’s Discount Store and taken into custody.
Hector Anthony Delrio was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 664/211 Attempted Robbery.
