INCIDENT: P.C. 211- Robbery, P.C. 182(A)(1)- Conspiracy to Commit a Crime
LOCATION: Palmdale Road/El Evado Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Marckel Hobson, 19-year-old Resident of Victorville
Tanea McClinton, 25-year-old Resident of Victorville
Montrell Hicks, 22-year-old Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at approximately 6:28 p.m., Deputy H. Cuevas was flagged down by a Stater Bros. employee who notified him of three suspects who walked out of the location without paying for merchandise. When confronted by security, the suspects threatened and shoved the employee before they left the location.
On Thursday, November 21, 2024, at approximately 5:55 p.m., Deputy H. Cuevas located the three suspects who were later identified as Marckel Hobson, Tanea McClinton, and Montrell Hicks.
Marckel Hobson and Tanea McClinton were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 211- Robbery, and P.C. 182(A)(1)- Conspiracy to Commit a Crime.
Montrell Hicks was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 211- Robbery, P.C. 182(A)(1)- Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, and P.C. 148(A)(1)- Obstructing a Peace Officer.
