We’ve received several messages from residents asking about the status of the RFID gate. Unfortunately, it is still not fully operational. The card reader is not recognizing new RFID tags or tags that have been renewed since early September.

Please be aware that if your RFID tag is due for renewal soon, you will lose access to the RFID lane until the problem is fixed. You can use the Gatehouse app to check your tag’s expiration/renewal date, just click on “Credentials”.
