Officers responded to a report of a subject looking into vehicles. Responding officers located the suspect and detained her. The suspect became uncooperative and assaulted two officers. Officers took her to the ground and into custody. Both officers were not injured and remained on duty. ARRESTED: Epifania Marina Ali, 36,
