Full Notification

On November 27 at approximately 4am, Simi Valley Police Department officers responded to the 1400 block of Patricia Ave for a report of a domestic disturbance at the location.  On arrival, officers learned the male victim had been shot in the neck and stabbed with a knife by the mother of his children (Stephanie Panton, 43) who was still at the scene.  

The victim was transported by ambulance to Los Robles hospital for treatment and is currently in critical, but stable condition.  Panton was ultimately arrested for Attempted Murder and booked at Ventura County jail.
