* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Valley locations in the advisory are forecast to receive between 3 to 6 inches of snow, with 5 to 10 inches expected over the higher elevations. This will be a dense, wet snowfall. Scattered power outages are possible. The steadiest snow will fall between 4 AM and 7 PM Thursday.
