Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult in Rosemead. The incident occurred on Friday, November 29, 2024, at approximately 2:48 a.m.
Deputies from Temple Sheriff's Station responded to the 7700 block of Garvey Avenue in Rosemead regarding a report of a gunshot victim at the location. Upon arrival, deputies located a male on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound. L.A. Co. Fire paramedics responded and pronounced him deceased.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
