Marion Disaster Recovery Center Continues Operations; Old Fort Location Permanently Closed
The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at the Marion Senior Center, located at 100 Spaulding Road, Marion, NC, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, providing essential recovery assistance to residents impacted by Hurricane Helene. Please be advised that the Old Fort DRC is now permanently closed and will not reopen. Residents seeking disaster assistance are encouraged to visit the Marion DRC, where representatives from FEMA, state agencies, and recovery partners are available to help with disaster aid applications and provide tailored recovery guidance.
