Wilmington Police have arrested two men on drug charges.
On November 29, at approximately 9:49 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 300 block of West 7th Street when they observed two male subjects engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 20-year-old Javonte Waters, and 20-year-old Kaevon Tucker, who were taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 102 grams of marijuana, $407, and drug paraphernalia.
Waters has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released after posting $7,200 cash-only bail.
Tucker has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
