* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines. Blowing snow could cause whiteout conditions.
