Sex Offender Release Notification
This notice is to inform the public that Michael A. Schoonover, a registered sex offender, will be released on December 10th, 2024 according to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and will be residing at 702 Prairie Avenue in Janesville, Wisconsin. The purpose of this notification is to ensure safe neighborhoods by informing the public of this release.
Michael Schoonover was convicted of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2018. Conditions of his supervision include no unsupervised contact with minors, face-to-face contact with law enforcement required, not consuming drugs, compliance with standard sex offender rules, cooperating with electronic monitoring, and lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender registry.
