* WHERE...Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GREENBRIER
