* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Western Tucker Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTMORELAND RIDGES ... FAYETTE RIDGES ... EASTERN PRESTON ... WESTERN TUCKER
