* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow showers will slowly develop this afternoon, and become steadier and heavier overnight. Embedded snow squalls may reduce visibility to near zero at times Thursday morning. Winds will become increasingly gusty Thursday.
