On November 26, 2024, at approximately 0546 hours, the Middle Township Police Department were dispatched to Lafayette Ave. in the Green Creek section of Middle Township for a report of an assault. Upon police arrival it was learned the victim, observed a light skinned black/hispanic male subject in the side yard of his residence. When the victim confronted the male subject, the male subject struck the victim in the head with a metal thermos cup causing injury. The male subject then fled from the area.
During the investigation the accused was identified as Michael Bogue (33 years old) of Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania. On November 29, 2024, the Middle Township Police Major Crimes Unit arrested Michael Bogue for Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Trespassing. Bogue was processed and lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
Katrina Fabio (34 years old) of Del Haven, New Jersey was also arrested and charged with Hindering. Fabio was processed and released on a summons.
Any charges are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless they are proven guilty.
