* WHERE...Delaware and Sullivan Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM to 9 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow showers and squalls will be possible Thursday morning, accompanied by brief gusty winds. Winds will then shift to the west and increase through the day, with peak gusts occurring in the afternoon Thursday. Winds will also cause blowing and drifting of snow where accumulations occur.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DELAWARE ... SULLIVAN
