At 751 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a band of moderate to heavy snow showers extending from 6 miles northeast of Level Park- Oak Park to near Centreville to Bristol. Movement was east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sturgis, Coldwater, Hillsdale, Three Rivers, Dowagiac, Bronson, Jonesville, Constantine, Cassopolis, Quincy, Union City, White Pigeon, Centreville, Litchfield, Fayette, Edwardsburg, Marcellus, Colon, Reading, and Long Lake. This includes Interstate 69 in Michigan between mile markers 1 and 21. The combination of strong wind gusts and snow will likely lead to visibilities of one quarter of a mile or less at times. Visibilities may rapidly drop as bands of heavier snow approach. Motorists should be prepared for highly variable conditions. In addition, an isolated rumble of thunder is possible.
