At 130 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Albion to near Kinsman to 7 miles north of
Alliance. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, visibility rapidly dropping to
one quarter of a mile or less, a quick snow accumulation on
area roadways, and a flash freeze of wet roadways as
temperatures drop behind the line of snow squalls.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...A rapid drop in visibility and quick accumulation of snow
on roads will make travel conditions hazardous. Strong wind
gusts will blow around unsecured objects and may cause
scattered tree damage, resulting in a few power outages.

Kent, Green, Alliance, Niles, Tallmadge, Streetsboro, Hubbard,
