Wind gusts 35 to 45 mph will continue through daybreak. As 
temperatures drop, wind chill will fall into the single digits 
above zero.
These wind gusts may make for difficult travel conditions,
especially for high-profile vehicles driving on north-south 
roadways. In addition, a few slick spots are not out of the 
question, mainly on bridges and overpasses.
