RECYCLING items can NOT be placed in Bags. Recycling is to be placed in containers no larger than 32 gallons. If Recycling items are put to the curb in bags, they will not be picked up.
TRASH can be placed in containers no larger than 32 gallons or BLACK Bags only. Trash and Recycling can not be co-mingled together.
