The TSUNAMI WARNING for San Rafael and the SF Bay Area has been CANCELLED as of 12:00 PM. There is still a risk of rising water but there is no need to evacuate to higher ground. Please stay vigilent if you are along the coast or bay. Please visit: https://emergency.marincounty.gov for more information.
San Rafael Police and Fire along with San Rafael's Office of Emergency Services is closely monitoring the conditions and will provide additional updates if warranted. First responders are actively patrolling and monitoring our community's shorelines and low lying areas.
