City Increases Reward Amounts to Solve Cold Case Homicides 
Enhanced Rewards to Encourage Tips and Bring Justice to Families of Unsolved Homicide Victims 

San Leandro, CA: The San Leandro City Council has unanimously approved a resolution to significantly increase the existing reward amounts for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for three unsolved homicides: 

• The October 9, 2010, double homicides of Marius Robinson and Kwame Nunn (increased to $150,000). 
• The March 22, 2013, homicide of Delun "Allan" Pan (increased to $150,000). 
• The December 14, 2014, homicide of Joel Ramirez (increased to $150,000). 

These tragic cases have remained unresolved for years, leaving families and the community searching for justice. The enhanced rewards are part of the City’s commitment to bringing closure to the victims’ loved ones and holding perpetrators accountable. 

Mayor Juan González emphasized the City’s dedication to addressing these unsolved cases. “San Leandro stands with the families of Marius Robinson, Kwame Nunn, Allan Pan, and Joel Ramirez. By increasing these rewards, we are sending a clear message: these victims are not forgotten, and neither are their families. We hope this initiative encourages those with information to come forward and help us deliver justice.” 

San Leandro Police Chief Angela Averiett highlighted the importance of community involvement in solving these cases. “Our detectives remain committed to pursuing all leads and working tirelessly on these investigations. However, community input is critical. Someone out there knows something that could make the difference. These enhanced rewards are meant to encourage anyone with information to step forward and help bring justice to these families and our community.”
