The Department of Public Works has completed two full passes of leaf collection and street sweeping in all ten zones. This afternoon, the crews began a final remnant pass in Zone 1 and Zone 6, and will continue to move in sequence until collection is complete. Friday, December 6 is the last day to place your leaves curbside.

Due to the low volume of leaves remaining to be collected, this third pass will move quickly. Rather than specific areas and streets, only the anticipated collection zones will be communicated in the nightly Nixle alerts. 

Once this pass is complete, residents will be responsible for depositing their remaining leaves at the Conservation Center (free of charge, no permit required), which will remain open through December 22.

Following the completion of the final pass on the roads, the crews will move on to leaf collection in the municipal parks and other public areas as necessary.
