On Saturday, 12/7 the Christmas Tree Lighting Festival will occur on Grant Ave & Sherman Ave in downtown Novato. Road closures are detailed below. Expect an increase in pedestrians and watch out for families with small children, crossing roads to attend the event. 

Road Closures: 

• Sherman Ave: closed from 8AM - 10PM
• Grant Ave (between Machin Ave & Reichert Ave): closed from 3PM - 10PM

The Novato Police Department will be working during the events to reasonably accommodate any traffic related issues. Please use alternative routes when necessary. We request those who cannot avoid the area to allow plenty of time for travel. The community’s patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
