South Brunswick Police Awarded NHTSA Grant
Chief Raymond J. Hayducka is pleased to announce the South Brunswick Police Department will be taking part in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign.
Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over is a national high-visibility enforcement campaign that runs during specific times of the year. This campaign focuses on the consequences of drunk driving and is supported by increased law enforcement.
The Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Campaign, which runs from December 6, 2024 through January 1, 2025, will allow the South Brunswick Police to add additional enforcement operations, particularly targeting those who are impaired behind the wheel.
“We are thankful for this grant which will allow us to increase our efforts to ensure those who are traveling our roadways are safe,” said Chief Hayducka. “I encourage all of you to make responsible decisions this Holiday season and help keep our roads safe.”
