Restricted Areas:
- Grand Avenue: From Warburton Avenue to Garfield Avenue (Both Sides)
- Lafayette Avenue: From Vreeland Avenue to Garfield Avenue (Both Sides)
- Vreeland Avenue: From Lafayette Avenue to Arlington Avenue (Both Sides)
- Jefferson Avenue: (Both Sides)
- Warburton Avenue: From Arlington Avenue to Grand Avenue (Both Sides)
- Royal Avenue: From Central Avenue to Diamond Bridge Avenue (West Curb Line)
- Borough Hall Parking Lot: Will be closed by the Traffic Bureau
