Due to a Frontier networking issue, the 911 Communications Center's administrative phone lines are currently down. However, emergency 911 lines remain fully operational. For non-emergency matters, please call 828-652-3241. The McDowell County Emergency Services team is working diligently to restore full communication capabilities. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
