SUSPECT 1: Gilberto Morales, Age 48, Resident of Hemet
SUSPECT 2: Norma Cerda, Age 36, Resident of Hemet

SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at approximately 4:25 P.M., Rancho Cucamomga deputies conducted a traffic stop on a gray Nissan Maxima for vehicle code violations. Deputies identified the driver of the vehicle as Gilberto Morales, and the passenger of the vehicle as Norma Cerda.
Deputies conducted a search of the vehicle and located narcotics and two unserialized ghost guns.
Morales was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for H&S 11352(A)- Transportation and Sales of a Controlled Substance, H&S 11370.1(A)- Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed, and PC 25850(3)- Carrying a Loaded Firearm. Cerda was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for H&S 11377(A)- Possession of a Controlled Substance.
