Frank Miranda was located and has safely returned to family.  Santa Maria Police would like to thank the community for assistance in this investigation.


The Santa Maria Police Department is requesting assistance locating an at-risk missing adult. Frank Ryan Miranda (35-year-old resident of Santa Maria) was last seen at his job in the northwest area of the city on the afternoon of Thursday, December 5, 2024. He is believed to have left work around 3 PM and he did not return home. He is known to frequent the Vallarta Supermarket and Burger King located in the 1800 block of N. Broadway. Miranda is a Hispanic, male, approximately 5’9” tall, 200 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
