December 6, 2024:

• Officer Bean responded to the 200 block of North Park Avenue for a property security check. A 33-year-old male received citations for trespassing and possessing narcotic paraphernalia. He was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• Officer Bean and Officer Tenney were dispatched to the Jackson Crossing Mall for a subject shoplifting. A 53-year-old female was arrested for retail fraud, and conditional bond violation.
• Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Second Street. A 31-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Blair Park Drive for a shooting. The 17-year-old victim was transported to the hospital, and is in critical condition. The 15-year-old male suspect was located and lodged at JCYC for assault with the intent to murder; home invasion; and felony firearm.

• Officer Kuhn responded to the 1800 block of Tyson Street for a domestic dispute. A 47-year-old female was arrested for domestic assault.
• Officer Hogan attended a Christmas Celebration at the Calvary United Methodist Church.
• Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South Jackson Street for a personal welfare check. A 59-year-old male was arrested for unlawful imprisonment and obstruction. A 37-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
• Officers responded to the area of East Ganson Street and North Forbes Street for a hit and run accident. Officers located the suspect vehicle near Leroy Street and North Waterloo Avenue. The 34-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated – high blood alcohol content.
• Officer Mills conducted a personal welfare check on a subject in a vehicle at the Jackson Crossing Mall. The 52-year-old male diver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

• Officer Frazier conducted a traffic stop at South West Avenue and West High Street, and the vehicle fled. The 45-year-old male driver was arrested for fleeing and eluding, and conditional bond violation.
• Officer Frazier and Officer Fugate responded to a domestic dispute in the 800 block of South Elm Avenue. A 44-year-old male was arrested for multiple counts of domestic assault, and resisting and obstructing.
• Officers attended the Lady of Guadalupe Procession.
• Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Lansing Avenue for a domestic situation. A 52-year-old female was arrested for felonious assault.
• Officers responded to Hibbard Avenue and West North Street for a disorderly subject in a vehicle. A 34-year-old female was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
• Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Van Buren Street for a personal welfare check. A 36-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
