* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph.
* WHERE...Portage Valley and along Turnagain Arm.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southeasterly wind gusts will continue to increase this morning, peaking mid to late morning before slowly diminishing in intensity by late Monday afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST TURNAGAIN ARM
