* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected.
* WHERE...Upper Hillside of Anchorage and along Turnagain Arm.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southeasterly wind gusts will quickly increase this morning, peaking around noon today before diminishing in intensity Monday evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
