4th Precinct Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley joined members of the West Ward for their Fall City Wide Community Block Clean-Up. Residents pitched in early on Saturday morning to assist with the clean up project. The officers also joined West Side High School’s Holiday Tree Ceremony.
