The water main leak is repaired, but more time is needed to build pressure for booster pumps, delaying water service to some areas. A boil water advisory remains in effect. Potable water is available at Company 3 Fire Dept, and non-potable water at Companies 3 and 4. Showers will be open tonight (12/9/24) at Company 3 for residents with no water or low pressure. Hopatcong DPW is working hard to resolve the issue—please contact them only for emergencies.
