SUMMARY: On December 08, 2024, at approximately 3:28 P.M., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to the 12000 block of North Mainstreet regarding reports of a disturbance and subjects carrying a firearm. Deputies contacted four subjects, two of which initially fled on foot. One of the subjects, Marlon Gutierrez, was detained shortly after at a nearby parking structure.
