MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2024:
12:07 AM Officer Kapu responded to a disturbance near Lido Blvd. & Jarvis Ave. A 42-year-old male was arrested for vandalism and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:57 AM Officer Frentescu investigated a license plate theft reported near Joaquin Murieta Ave. & Cherry St.
2:42 PM Officer Jackman investigated a package theft near Seawind Way & Hickory St.
3:00 PM Officer Shaffer investigated a commercial burglary reported on Bettencourt St. Loss included items from the break room.
7:02 PM Officer Orozco investigated a residential burglary near Cedar Blvd. & Lafayette Ave. A rear door was discovered shattered. Jewelry was reported taken.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2024:
7:16 AM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated a vehicle theft reported near Bettencourt St. & Indian Wells Dr.
8:09 AM Officer Dale investigated a vehicle burglary near Musick Ave. & Ruschin Dr. Reported loss included tools.
8:30 AM Officer Losier investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Jarvis Ave. & Haley St. The loss is currently unknown.
9:13 AM Officer Quinonez was on routine patrol and stopped a subject near Mowry Ave. & Cedar Blvd. The 22-year-old male was arrested for possession of burglary tools, narcotics, weapons, and violating the terms of his probation. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
10:08 AM Officer Dale investigated a vehicle theft near Cedar Blvd. & Cedar Ct.
10:37 AM Officer Diaz-Perez responded to a parking violation near Cedar Blvd. & Balentine Dr. A 38-year-old female was cited for possession of false documentation and narcotics.
1:13 PM Officers recovered a stolen vehicle near Cherry St. & Clark Ave.
3:34 PM Officer Dale was on routine patrol near Newark Blvd. & Cedar Ave. and arrested a 20-year-old male for reckless driving. The vehicle was seized for false registration and the male was released with a citation.
7:36 PM Officer Cervantes investigated a mail theft incident reported near Haley St. & Cedar Blvd.
10:52 PM Officer Orozco was dispatched to a vehicle theft reported near Jarvis Ave. & Spruce St.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2024:
9:23 AM Officers responded to a jewelry robbery reported near Thornton Ave. & St Edwards St. A 19-year-old male was arrested for robbery, possession of a firearm, and outstanding warrants. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
4:31 PM Officer C. Torres responded to a disturbance near Jarvis Ave. & Dumbarton Ct. A 29-year-old male was cited for failing to appear on an outstanding warrant.
10:50 PM Officer Diaz-Perez responded to a disturbance near Mirabeau Dr. & Orleans Dr. A 75-year-old male was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail for sexual battery.
10:51 PM Officer Soto investigated a package theft reported near Central Ave & Willow St. A 46-year-old male was arrested for grand theft and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2024:
2:35 AM Officer Cervantes was dispatched to a vehicle burglary near Jarvis Ave. & Dumbarton Ct. The loss is currently unknown.
8:11 AM Officer Medina responded to multiple vehicle burglaries reported near Port Tidewood St. & Cedar Blvd. The vehicle doors were discovered forced open, and reported loss included work tools.
8:17 AM Officer C. Torres was on routine patrol and located a stolen vehicle near Mowry Ave. & Cherry St. The occupant, a 34-year-old male, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, delaying arrest, and prior vehicle theft violations. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
12:49 PM Officer C. Torres responded to a disturbance near Cedar Ave. & Balentine Dr. A 49-year-old male was arrested for fleeing from the scene and possession of narcotics. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
3:48 PM Officers investigated a bicycle theft reported near Cedar Blvd. & Balentine Dr.
8:08 PM Officer Quinonez responded to a domestic disturbance on Wells Ave. & Spruce St. A 22-year-old male was arrested for inflicting corporal injury and was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:34 PM Officer Stevenson was on routine patrol and initiated a traffic stop on Newpark Mall. A 28-year-old male and 26-year-old female were arrested for driving under the influence and public intoxication. Both were booked into Santa Rita Jail.
10:55 PM Officer Lor investigated a package theft reported near Enterprise Dr. & Hickory St.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2024:
5:52 AM Officers responded to an active license plate theft reported near Cedar Blvd. & Lafayette Ave.
10:04 AM Officer Berlanga investigated a vehicle burglary at Mayhews Landing Rd. & Fair Ave. A side window was discovered removed and license plate switched. Loss is currently unknown.
12:30 PM Officer C. Torres investigated a vehicle burglary near Jarvis Ave. & Newark Blvd. A passenger side window was smashed with unknown loss.
1:42 PM Officer C. Torres responded to a domestic disturbance near Ruschin Dr. & Souza Ave. A 59-year-old male was arrested for criminal threats and theft of a firearm. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
5:45 PM Officer Lara responded to a package theft at Thornton Ave. & Willow St.
8:00 PM Community Service Officer (CSO) Vuong transported a 42-year-old male to Santa Rita Jail for failing to appear on a warrant.
11:43 PM Officer Stevenson investigated multiple reports of package thefts reported near Seawind Way & Hickory St.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2024:
9:32 AM Officer Frentescu responded to a vehicle burglary reported near Jarvis Ave. & Dumbarton Ct. There is no loss reported at this time.
10:34 AM Officer Lomeli responded to a window smash vehicle burglary near Central Ave. & Birch St. Reported loss included power tools.
2:16 PM Officer Lomeli recovered a stolen license plate near Jarvis Ave. & Newark Blvd.
7:17 PM Officer Quinonez recovered a stolen vehicle near Cherry St. & George Ave. A 19-year-old female was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:34 PM Officer Lara responded to the brandishing of a knife near Jarvis & Newark Blvd. A 30-year-old male was arrested for violating the terms of his parole and booked into Santa Rita jail.
9:27 PM Officer Kim responded to a domestic disturbance near Newark Blvd. & Thornton Ave. A 62-year-old male was arrested for corporal injury and was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
9:55 PM Officer Stevenson responded to Enterprise Dr. & Willow St. for a package theft.
11:21 PM Officer Kim investigated a package theft reported near Enterprise Dr & Hickory St.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2024:
9:50 AM Officer Frentescu investigated the theft of vehicle wheels near Cherry St. & Stevenson Blvd.
5:34 PM CSO Vuong responded to an attempted theft of merchandise on Newpark Mall Road.
11:46 PM Officer Williams was on routine patrol and observed a vehicle driving over the speed limit near Thornton Ave. & Cedar Blvd. A 51-year-old male was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail for driving under the influence.
