Update #1 (Investigation – 400 Block of West 6th Street):

The 23-year-old male victim who was transported to the hospital in critical condition has succumbed to his injuries, and has been identified as Jihad Bell of Chester, PA.

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 7:35 p.m., in the 400 block of West 6th Street.
Police located a 23-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
