Wilmington Police request public assistance in locating missing person: 
The Wilmington Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing person.
Ryan Secord is 20 years old and was last seen on October 28, at approximately 3:00 p.m., in the 100 block of North Poplar Street. Ryan is described as a white male, 5’7” tall, weighing approximately 200 lbs., with brown hair. He was reported missing on November 23.
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ryan Secord to please contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151.
