Wilmington Police request public assistance in locating missing person: 
The Wilmington Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing person.
James Norton is 58 years old and was last seen on October 22, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in the 1300 block of Cedar Street. James is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes. He was reported missing on October 26.
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of James Norton to please contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151.
