24-C7246 On 12/04/24 at 12:35 Officers responded to W. Chubbuck Rd for a report of an animal problem. Felicia Howe, 48, of Chubbuck was cited with misdemeanor minimum livestock facilities, two counts of livestock; fail to comply with regulations and arrested for misdemeanor resisting & obstructing and an outstanding warrant. Brayden Howe, 32, of Chubbuck was arrested for misdemeanor aid in a misdemeanor.
