Santa Claus is coming to Horsetown USA tomorrow, Saturday, December 14! Experience the holiday spirit at the City of Norco's Christmas Festival and Parade of Lights!
Christmas Festival: The Christmas Festival will be held from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. at the Ingalls Event Center (3737 Crestview Drive). Admission to the Christmas Festival, which includes entertainment and food and craft vendors, is free. Activity Wristbands, which include access to the holiday train, pony rides, petting zoo, Kids Zone, Santa’s Workshop and more, can be purchased online (www.norco.ca.us/christmas) and at the gate until the event concludes at 9 p.m.
Breakfast with Santa (SOLD OUT): Tickets to Breakfast with Santa are sold out and additional tickets will not be sold online or at the door. Tickets are required to receive breakfast, and tickets are only valid during the indicated time slot at 7:30 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 10 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. Pictures with Santa will be available during the Christmas Festival and following the Parade of Lights.
Parade of Lights: The Horsetown Parade of Lights will illuminate Sixth Street from Corona Avenue to Crestview Drive at 5 p.m. Sixth Street will close at 2 p.m. and will reopen upon the conclusion of the parade.
Road Closures & Detours
- Sixth Street (Crestview Drive to Pikes Peak Drive): Closed from 7 a.m. to approximately 10 p.m. to vehicle traffic to accommodate pedestrians at the Christmas Festival
- Sixth Street (Valley View Avenue to Crestview Drive): Closed from 2 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. due to the Horsetown Parade of Lights
- Vandermolen Drive (Intersection at Crestview Drive): Closed from 5:30 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. due to the Horsetown Parade of Lights
