* WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Saturday. *
IMPACTS...Roads, especially untreated roads, and bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.
